Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Numzi is a digital learning service owned and operated by Ravish Qureshi, an individual proprietor based in India. In this document, "Numzi", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ravish Qureshi, operating under the brand name Numzi.
These terms govern your use of the Numzi website, games and subscription (together, "Numzi"), owned and operated by Ravish Qureshi, an individual proprietor in India, trading as Numzi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. What Numzi is
Numzi is a home-study curriculum for young children (roughly ages 2 to 3.5), delivered as online games and guidance that a parent plays together with their child. It is an educational aid for use at home. It is not a school, not a childcare service, and not a medical, diagnostic or developmental-assessment service. Nothing in Numzi should be treated as professional advice about your child's development.
2. Who may use it
- The account holder must be 18 years or older - a parent or legal guardian.
- Children do not hold accounts. A child uses Numzi with adult supervision, through the parent's account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
3. Subscription and billing
- The Numzi membership costs ₹499 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- It is a recurring subscription: once you authorise the mandate, ₹499 is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for your subscription and handles billing, tax and refunds. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
- We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you in advance and the new price will only apply to billing periods after that notice.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, and we offer a 30-day full refund. The details are set out in our Cancellation and Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Your subscription is for personal, family use. Please do not share your account outside your household.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly perform our games, videos, songs or curriculum material.
- Do not attempt to break, probe or interfere with the service or access other users' data.
6. Our content
All games, artwork, songs, videos, text and curriculum material on Numzi belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership.
7. Service changes and availability
We are actively building Numzi, so games and content are added, improved and occasionally retired. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access, and we may take it down for maintenance.
A few activities can listen through the microphone so a child can read or answer out loud. That is optional, needs your permission, and relies on speech recognition built into your browser, so how well it works - or whether it works at all - depends on the browser and device you use. Every one of those activities can also be completed without the microphone, so nothing you pay for depends on it. How this handles your child's speech is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Numzi is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending your access
You may stop using Numzi at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently, and where we do so unfairly we will refund any unused paid period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects your rights, tell you by email or in the app.
